These guys can’t tell their elbows from their knees , right from the start it was guess work , could never tell exactly what was wrong started with antibiotics to steroids to god knows what else... which eventually killed my perfectly healthy dog a week after I started taking him to BSF. A bunch of certified clowns only interested in making money, take your pet there at your own risk!!!

sorry i am not impressed on how they handle queries and even asking for an appointment. numbers in the website are NOT UPDATED, the appointment Number will keep on dropping your calls. instead of doing that they should at least send a courtesy text or even return the call.. if you are kind to animals be kind to humans also

Walked in and received a free consultation regarding a skin tag. We are definitely coming back here when it's time for my dog to get her shots
I have been bringing my foster and rescue cats, even my own dog here since 2017. Most if not all vets (Dra. Casas and Dr. Chris are my and my friends' favorites) here explain very well what needs to be done. They consider my input and present me with options before doing something to the animals. They don't put unnecessary medicines or \vitamins\ included in your final bill---unlike that other clinic at the Fort. The lab tests are also reasonably priced. During this pandemic, I appreciate that they stick to the schedule and I'm in and out within an hour for my consultations. Very efficient and I'm satisfied. If you had a bad experience here, it is probably bec of miscommunication. It is all about asking the right questions and they are not stingy with the explanations.
Great and attentive vets. Kinda pricey but they have good service. Always set an appointment to avoid going there for nothing
The doctors are great. They treat your dog like a living being not another broken apparatus they must fix quick so the next can come in.
