The sales process was generally good as it has several tie up banks. I didn't encounter any issues with loan approval. Minor issues encountered was there was a missing small parts on the front area of the car which was easily replaced purchasing from accessories and parts. The maintenance service is generally acceptable; making appointment is easy. The waiting area was nice and yes they provide free juices and coffee. I agree that there should be improvement on the cafeteria. All of the experiences with Toyota Batangas is an amazingly great.....but it was a unforgetable sad experience to be put under new (improved) scheme of their loyalty program wherein the additional 10% discount in the 40km service was suddenly removed for newly purchased vehicle without prior notice and of which not also applicable to vehicle I purchased.
