Great! It was great! Oct. 27, 2018 I travel from Valencia, Cagdianao to Dona Helene, Basilisa just to advance the clean up of my mother's tomb at Tag-Abaca Cemetery. The next day I have visited my fellow members of one of the cooperative I had membered the Dona Helene Riverside Consumers Cooperative (DHRCC). They have reminded me to attend the Municipal Cooperative Month held at Basilisa Municipal Gymnasium. Adela Valcorza was very happy as she invites me to the tailor for the vital measurements of the new uniform of the coop members. To begin the celebration, all cooperatives has fall in to a parade bound to Basilisa Municipal Hall, detour to Barangay Street of Tag-Abaca and back to the Gym. Followed by Invocation, singing of Hymns, Opening Address, Inspirational Speech of the Assistant Provincial Cooperative Development Officer in the absence of the Department Head due to temporarily losing of his voice resulting from his rigid seminars, Talent presentation, Announcement of the 1st Placer of Gawad Parangal Award Micro Category Cooperative from Barangay Wadas,Dinagat, Dinagat Islands, 2nd Placer goes to Cooperative from Barangay Diegas, Basilisa, Dinagat Islands, 3rd Placer goes to Cooperative from Barangay Dona Helene, Basilisa, Dinagat Islands and the 2nd Placer Gawad Parangal of Provincial Cooperative Development Office National level goes to Province of Dinagat Islands. Distribution of goods to the needy members and Closing Remarks. I am also happy because it was my recent attend of the celebration since year 2015.
