Always friendly, professional, take care instantly. Very good hospital. I read other comments the equipment is old. That may be true, but an experienced good well educated professional with older equipment is better than a bad one with modern equipment. Staff here is amazingly competent and well capable to perform very well even with older equipment. I say that as a person who has been in over 60 countries and been at hospitals and including personal friends among medical professionals. This hospital has my trust.

It's the typical hospital set up. A bit 'old' even though the price is high. Although, their doctors are good.
Staff and doctors are pretty good, friendly but the quality of the equipment and how aged or dated things are is a hit scary. How can baguio not have modern hospitals?
Really friendly staff. But the construction really is very disturbing. You could be having a really good sleep at 11pm and you'd be woken up by backhoes dropping pieces of concrete wall or something.

THEY WITHDRAW BLOOD FROM ME TO TEST MY PROLACTIN REQUESTED BY MY OB., THEY SAID THE RESULT WILL BE AFTER 1 WEEK., I INFORM THEM THAT I NEED TO GO DOWN IN PAMPANGA TO ATTEND MY WORK ASAP., THE STAFF ASSURED ME THAT THE RESULT WILL BE GIVEN ON (08/17/18)., THEN NOW THEY TEXT ME THAT "THEY DONT KNOW WHENS GONNA BE THE RESULT FOR MY PROLACTIN TEST" THEY EVEN SAID TO ME THAT, THEY HAVNT HEARD FROM THEIR SUPPLIER AND THE SUPPLIER IS NOT RESPONDING., I TOLD THEM THAT THEY REASSURE ME THAT THE RESULT IS AFTER 1WEEK., AND NOW THEYRE GOING TO TELL ME THAT THEY DONT KNOW WHENS THE RESULT!!! IN THE FIRST PLACE, I INFORM THEM THAT I NEED TO GO DOWN TO ATTEND MY JOB, SECONDLY THEY ASSURE ME THAT THE RESULT WILL BE GIVEN TO ME AFTER 1 WEEK., THEN NOW SASABIHIN NILA THAT THEY DONT KNOW!!!!! I should be rating this zero star, been trying 6x to reach the hospital on their registered phone number but to no avail. This is a hospital fir god sake at least place a proper avenue to reach you - text, email, phone etc. This is the 21st century
I gave birth in your hospital jan.6 2016 as private patient. Nagbayad ako. Because i live in the province i let my father who visited baguio february 2016 to get the birth cert of my daughter but you did not give because i dont have an authorization letter. Just today that i went to nso to get the birth cert.. I only got a note that my daughter is not registered.. She is now 9 months.. Shame on you.. Ngbayad ako sa hospital ng maayos tapos ganito gnawa nyo sa akin..and ngaun i have to file for a leave para pumunta dyan.sana mabigyan nyo ako ng maayos na sagot pg pumunta ako dyan because i swear makakalimutan kong mabait ako..
