Not refunding the actual security bond amount charged ahead on the credit card. So be careful not to let them charge any advance money on your credit card. Although they said that they will refund to you after returning the car, but in fact they deduct some amount without any notice and request their explanation they keep silence of not replying emails. Poor service and not recommended.

Never hire from this company. They will not give your deposit back. This is the second time they have done this to me. The first time i got the deposit back after 6 weeks after i told them i needed to hire again and will refuse to pay a deposit. Not it is 2 months since i returned the car and they are telling me that due to Covid19 there is a delay. well i can tell you that is not possible as the banks are operating normally and there are no delays. Do notrisk hiring unless you are prepared to lose your money.

Good service. Car (Toyota Vios) was new. Smooth and easy pick up and drop off process. Sir Dennis was very kind and even gave me a ride back as it was on his way after the drop off.

Very Poor Service when inquiring on cars! We were inquiring about a renting a car and a guy called Richard said he would call us and email us on availability. We gave him our number and he said 'please wait'. And so we did...... for 3 hours - then when I chased him again on the chat function he called us back saying there was no availability. Thanks Richard you could have told us that 3 hours beforehand. We are not mind readers! Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Wanna rent a car for 1day or for long terms? Try Philippine Rent A car they also have other branches in guadalupe, cavite, and Pasay near terminal 3. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company bcoz of the great service their giving to the clients and the cars are absolutely almost brand new and very comfortable to drive. If there are problems and concerns they are also attentive to it surely to solve any issues.
