The place and set up was great. Love the heated jacuzzi.. need to improve on food. It will help to have additional items on the menu.

It's overrated but an Instagram friendly experience. It's more for casual spa dates. Lower your expectations even if its quite pricey. I waited a very long time to experience the spa here (busy schedule). This was my first massage since the lockdown, and I only agreed to my friend's invite because we thought it would be done in the open air. However, same as other spas in Manila, it was done in an air-conditioned room. We paid 2350 for a 5 hour, not so private water spa experience. Since we had to wait to take turns with other groups, we wanted to keep a social distance from other groups. Changing rooms were limited inside the locker room, same with the showers. Inefficient identification system, they gave hand bands, but it doesn't help the staff identify your package. You have to bring a piece of paper to avail the set meal and snack and check out. If you forgot about it, maybe left it in the locker to not bring anything anymore to enjoy the amenities. They'll ask you to get it even if that means going up and down the levels. Hassle since there are so many stairs and walking to move from one amenity to another—no orientation of the amenities. So explore. Meals were tasty but not worth it. Our three smoked Salmon set were overcooked, the pork ribs were dry. The instant mushroom soup was not even half full. (The staff said it's like that ) ice tea 3/4 full, they used frozen vegetables. One good thing about this was the view but then they (luljettas) ruined the experience by playing sabog radio music instead of maintaining the nature vibe. See photos.

January 3, 2021 Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Day pass / Day Spa via Klook App! P1,300 more or less each person, with meal. There’s another that costs P875? Each person, Without meal, Same access. Reservations only! No walk-ins. They have other options for day spa so just contact them. I mentioned 2 of it already Not associated with Klook** My Klook promo/Day Spa includes: Access to Most Areas of Hanging Gardens I encountered •2 receptions (upper/main and lower); •4 pools; •2 Fish Spa; •2 jacuzzis, •1 sauna; •Several Nipa Huts, benches, rattan table sets •2-4 isolated lounge areas (electric fan, speakers, sofa, books, Traditional-sungka and modern-scrabble games); •swings and duyan. (Magka-iba ‘yon!) •locker room, common shower rooms (but there are other shower rooms outside that locker room, prolly at the corners of each pool) I believe I missed out some areas since part of it were exclusive for overnight accommodation! Huge location •Very traditional •Aromatic (take note, it was raining when I got there but their little aroma oils are everywhere, smells so gooood) •One with Nature; its like a Jungle with pools and kaartehan (add ons stuff like lounge area, Instagram perfect spots and so on) •STAIRS (going anywhere requires stairs) •Outstanding view Note: Expect Antipolo’s pasikot-sikot, congested, and uphill-downhill road

Lots of spots to take photos at. Just too much mosquitos. I also hoped that their change of time to 2-7pm from 12nn-7pm was real. We didn't get to eat the food that came with the spa because it was already closed at 6pm. Pools were also closed then. What really remains open for the day trippers are the showers and locker rooms.

Quite a number of people for COVID season, but to be fair we went on a long weekend. Some people tend to walk around without masks. There are some shared high contact objects (i.e. boardgames) that don't seem to be disinfected frequently...
