Place is good..but its to far from my work

Clueless. If you look past the facade that they put in place with big banners boasting of an award and their planned community. You will see that the builder has no clue of the Filipino family. One the outside the homes seem appealing. But once you step inside. It quickly converts to a giant walk in closet. There is really no room for a family to fit comfortably inside any of these homes. The rooms are so tiny. If you have minimal belongings at best you may fit. Hahaha but who am I kidding. Go see for yourself. Also a few of the owners who have been there a while are very sloven. No respect for their neighbors with trash and clothes hanging out windows. You are are covered on three sides by squatters. Although a killer view of the metro does not justify their bloated sales prices and even higher in house financing rate of 18% The main entrance in congested with heavily traffic most of the time as well as pedestrians and illegal vendors who set up in the streets. So take a tour and judge for yourself. Filipino families need space to move. Not these closets.
