CVM PAWNSHOP/MONEY CHANGER MODUS OPERANDI in ANTIPOLO CITY This is my personal experience with CVM PawnShop/Money Changer in Antipolo City. We went to this shop to change my Currency before I gave my Currency to the person assisting me I check the Currency and it's all new and before that I already check the Currency after I withdraw in the bank and it's clearly it's all new. My mistake is I did not take note the serial numbers before I go to shop. When I gave the currency to the person he counted it and check inside the boot under the table after a few second he said one of your currency cannot be change due to SLIT (PUNIT/SIRA SA PERA) then I’m shock and check one of the currency and I saw an old with slit currency I said how come it happen I check my currency several times after that he reacted and raised his voice and anger with me instead of being polite and the GUARD alerted at looking at me. I did not pursue my complaint to them because I’m afraid that time and I already know that it is one of MODUS OPERANDI. I’m writing this because I don’t want to happen it to others. I do not know if this CVM Money Changer in Antipolo only doing with this Modus Operandi or they do it in all their branches. Just be cautious citizen hopes that you will not victimize with this CVM Money Changer in Antipolo. Hope that Management of this company will make an internal investigation and take necessary action to their employees so that it will not happen again to other patronage.
