I personally visited the place before placing my order cause you know online transactions are a bit scary now. The warehouse and office is a little far from the highway but near City. Upon arriving at the place staffs and guards already greeted us. One of the sales whom I am talking in their FB page already waited at the gate to assist me to office. Very accommodating and kind. I placed the order and gave me 5-6 weeks deadline. Constant updates and progress photos has been sent to me even though I am not asking. Upon delivery day their CSR ask me if it can be moved for a few days, I said sure as I do understand how it is hard to deliver from different clients during that pandemic time but they were able to deliver the items just after a few days considering the pandemic. Delivery people are very kind as well. They even show me proof of medical records that they have and the company provides them to make sure it is safe for them to deliver. Let's understand that situation now is not as easy since this virus is still existing but I am with this Company since they do everything to satisfy their clients plus the items are fantastic perfect for my new renovated house. For our Island Resort we bought several sets of Tables, Chairs, Day Beds and the so called All weather Sunbeds as offered by RL OUTDOOR Furniture in a total of 362,000 PHP. The quality of the Products looks nice at the beginning, but sadly we had to experience that the Products are made of cheap Class B (Stainless) Material and so is the Welding done. Ok that might can happen if the Manufacturer didn't send the proper Material and you are not able to identify that. So I tried to call, send messages via FB and finally got somebody who told me to send back the totally rusted Sunbeds as they have a 12 month warranty. Ok I did and agreed to send them from Romblon Province to Manila and paid therefore 6.000 PHP. Since 1 month the Sunbeds are stored at the Forwarding Cargo Company and dont get picked up as agreed. Now me as Customer who is receiving this bad quality product get accused, that I should send the Sunbeds directly to their Factory to repair. Sorry? Do you really want to blame your substandard product to the Customer and let them find ways to get it done? I paid 60,000 PHP plus the 12,000 PHP for the transport for 6 Sunbeds 2 ways which lasted exactly 3,5 month. It was also no Problem for you to send the Sunbeds and all the other orders to Manila when we purchased your Products. Now as your Product fail and Ron and Les got their money from our order they just hide and dont pick up the phone or answer your messages. Be WARNED of this company as they are pushing you hard to pay, dont keep delivery schedules which got changed multiple times and once you have a complain regarding the product they just ignore you and let you hang. I believe our hard earned money is gone as so is the so called warranty. Never again!

RL Outdoor has not delivered what is in our Approved Purchased Order. We paid our down payment in Oct 22, 2019. Then I have requested for an update on November 2019 but they just ignored my phone calls and replied that they are busy because Lester is in La Union so they can not provide the exact reasons for not providing any progress on our order. Even the picture that they promised, they weren't able to send. Then comes Dec 19, 2019, they informed us they have a hard time doing the design. They told us this after they missed the agreed lead time. Seriously after constant following up on the progress? You even told me that it is already on the production, etc etc. Then This? So we cancelled our order and demanded for a refund.They have promised to refund in December 2019 but up to date no payment has been made. They even told me that there are other clients who are due for refund. Please think twice before you deal with RL (Roniel Miranda and Lester Ocuaman)
My delivery is supposed to be for tomorrow. They stopped responding to my messages. I can't contact them anymore.
