They do not offer a buffet. They only offer a bread buffet LOL. They never update info.. currently not doing any buffets even when you call the information DC they do. But they do not offer a buffet, of any kind. . I asked, do they do a breakfast buffet they said yes, on the phone. I went there and they said they do not have A breakfast buffet, wasted a lot of my time and patience. Very aggravating miss information they’ll tell you what you wanna hear on the phone and then change your mind when you walked in thinking that you would sitting down and dine in for overpriced food anyway.

Since when on a Parma ham pizza, you need to cook the ham. Expensive pizza and they do not know how to do it the right way.

The food is good here. There is an extensive menu, which itself is beautifully laid out and has pictures of every dish. A lot of choices, both in terms of menu items and number of different nations represented. You are especially lucky if you like German food as there are many authentic dishes from that country. As to the service, that's a different matter, and the reason for the 2 stars. In short the wait staff has no real training in proper service. Basic elements of service, such as knowing who ordered what, are completely beyond the knowledge of these staff. On our second visit here the waitress took our orders (without making any recommendations), served our drinks, and arrived with our food, at which time she proceeded to completely disregard (forget) who ordered which dish. While handing out the food she gave me a plate which was very hot and which I had to immediately set down or I would have burned myself. She never noticed. After delivering the food - she left... and never came back. We tried to get her attention but that was fruitless. We wanted water, but even after asking another waitress we never got water. What should be of big concern for management here is the fact that 1) we probably won't be back, and 2) the wait staff misses perfect opportunities to up sell; side orders, dessert, after dinner drinks, and the list goes on. A potentially great restaurant, spoiled by untrained and indifferent wait staff.
