Customer Service has started improving since they moved to the new location. I'm hoping that the water supply over the weekend will also improve, so that the water pressure in the system is sufficient for regular daily use.

Every day laging walang tubig dito sa hensonville bangcal simula 8am to onwards magkakaroon nlng mga bandang 5pm ang hina pa.mga 2013 yr below ang lakas ng sirit ng tubig . Ngaun sobrang hina.malakas pa ang ang pag ihi ng tao kesa sa paglabas ng tubig sa gripo pakiayos po ang systema nyo nag babayad kami ng maayos dapat.maayos din serbisyo nyo. Hindi nmin magawa ang mga dapat gwin sa umaga dahil walang tubig na magamit Please lng hindi po biro tong ganito bagay.

Bakit po ganun? Laging walang tubig. Pag rush ba,nata traffic din ang tubig sa edsa? Nang dahil sa kawalan ng tubig, maraming employees ang late at minsan uma-absent na lang sa trabaho. The cause of many delays - no water.

For 2 years, 229PHP lang water bill ko, then suddenly this month naging 1,684PHP. How is that even possible? Ako lang mag isa sa unit ko. Nagpunta ako sa office nila to complain and sabi this monday - 15th of July ttignan ung metro ko and until now wla parin update. Walang kwenta kausap yung sa concierge nila. Mga corrupt makakarma din kayo mga hayop kayo. Hindi kayo marunong mamuhay ng patas.

Kailangan po namin ng tubig. Meron po kaming batang ina alagaan kailangan hugasan ang mga bibiron. May boarders po kami kailangan ng tubig pang ligo para maka punta sa trabaho. Pls naman po gandahan niyo po ang service niyo sa lahat ng tao.
