Great place for big events like concerts and conventions!

This is one of the most popular events place in Albay. This is where major tournaments and festivals are held because it can hold a number of audience. Major concerts of various concerts are celebrated by the warm Albayanos. Major developments i. The recent years include the state of the art airconditioning facility. This is very near Albay Capitol and Cathedral. Basketball leagues fill this during tournaments.

The venue is good enough space for the crowd. The LED display is huge and can be seen from almost every seats in the dome. The temp is comfortable as the whole dome is air conditioned. The acoustics is average . The restroom needs some extra tlc and more cleaning. The faucet needs to be cleaned as well. Overall a good venue for huge gatherings.

The area is huge, and perfect for plenty of events. I've attended cosplay events held here. There are a lot of seats, and parking space is not a problem.

Attended an event here. It was a nice experience. The place has a functioning conditioner. It can also accommodate a large number of crowd.
